Your key responsibilities:
  • Partnering with clients and internal stakeholders including Product, Sales, Regional Transaction Management (RTM), Technology and Infrastructure to support deliver commercial opportunities and enable business growth including new markets, economies or products.
  • Support clients to execute on strategic opportunities including adoption of third party and digital solutions.
  • Work with Operations, Technology and Clients to deliver on client requirements, move away from non-standard processes across Corporate Bank Products
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, proactively managing client service delivery issues and working with operations partners to implement sustainable and scalable fixes.
  • Delivering client intelligence into the organization cross product including any upcoming strategies and updates in client's organizational structure.
  • Using data analysis skills and based on internal metrics to measure performance against both internal targets and market wide standards.
  • Provide robust programme delivery challenge through content deep-dives, challenging the status-quo and identifying novel solutions to complex problems.
  • Understanding disruptive / digital market evolution and the impact on the region - perform opportunity analysis and product development requirements as necessary
  • Drive and deliver initiatives to improve the team's delivery processes and methods.
  • Provide excellent problem solving and complexity management capabilities - with the ability to always align to the strategic target state.
Your skills and experience:
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in a Corporate Investment Banking environment within a Financial Institution, with exposure in Payments, Trade Finance and Lending
  • Proven experience of working regionally within a large change management function leading Front to Back Programmes covering both Business and IT deliveries
  • Proven client and stakeholder management experience, able to demonstrate flexibility regarding problem solving
  • Minimum a Bachelor degree in either Business Finance or Economics or equivalent
  • Takes ownership of problems and issues and solves them
  • Proven visual skills in PowerPoint, Excel and other MS Office systems.
  • Able to identify and drive continuous improvement
  • Ability to work in tight deadlines fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work as part of a virtual global teams and in a matrix organization
  • Pro-active and able to drive regional agenda to link into global initiatives
  • Open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to colleagues.
  • Proven organizational/project management skills; ability to identify & prioritize multiple tasks
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting at all times, taking ownership for spearheading and executing initiatives.
