Job Description: Our client is a leading events and entertainment organization based in Riyadh, known for creating unforgettable experiences. They are seeking a talented and experienced Event Project Manager to join their team and play a pivotal role in orchestrating large-scale events. This role requires strong leadership, meticulous planning, and the ability to transform creative visions into reality, ensuring every event is seamless and memorable for clients and their audiences.Job Brief:As an Event Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of event projects, from concept development to post-event evaluation. Your role will involve close collaboration with clients, meticulous planning, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of events. Your expertise will be key in enhancing client satisfaction and engagement, making a significant impact on the event landscape.Responsibilities:Project Oversight:Oversee all phases of event projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets that align with organizational goals and client expectations.Lead cross-functional teams, including vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders, to execute events seamlessly.Client Collaboration:Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives, providing clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is realized and expectations are exceeded.Vendor and Venue Management:Source and secure vendors, venues, and equipment, negotiating contracts to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.Manage relationships with external partners, ensuring timely and high-quality event delivery.Risk Management and Compliance:Identify and manage project risks proactively, developing contingency plans as needed.Ensure all events comply with local regulations and industry standards, maintaining safety and legal compliance.Team Leadership:Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering professional growth and ensuring a high-performing team.Maintain a positive and collaborative working environment, encouraging innovation and excellence in event execution.Logistics Management:Oversee all logistical aspects of events, ensuring smooth execution from setup to breakdown.Monitor event progress and address any issues that arise, ensuring a flawless event experience.Post-Event Evaluation:Conduct post-event evaluations, gathering feedback from clients and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.Provide detailed reports on event performance, including financial summaries and lessons learned.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Successful delivery of events that meet or exceed client expectations.Adherence to project timelines and budgets.Client satisfaction and positive feedback.Effective management of project risks and compliance with regulations.Team performance and professional development.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Event Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.5-6 years of experience in event or project management, with a focus on large-scale events.Strong understanding of the Saudi event industry, including trends and regulations.Fluency in Arabic, English, and ideally French, with strong communication skills.Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.Proficiency in project management tools and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
