Vice President / Director M&A

Our client is looking for a Vice President / Director to join a high-performing Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team at a leading international bank. We are seeking experienced professionals to lead and execute complex cross-border M&A transactions. • Significant experience of strategic sourcing and category management.
• An understanding of project management principles and ideally evidence of managing multiple projects and consistently delivering outstanding results.
• Ability to prepare for and to lead negotiations.
• Ability to build and manage complex commercial assessment models.
• Experience in EPC contract development, including the ability to make recommendations and amendments to existing contracts as well as drafting new ones.
• Experience managing key vendor relationships.
• General knowledge of utility electrical system related to construction activities.
• Ability to support large scale construction proposal development for competitive projects.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of successful M&A experience within a prominent investment bank or financial institution.
• Proven history of executing cross-border M&A deals across diverse industries.
• Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• In-depth understanding of global market trends, regulations, and geopolitical factors.
• Strong leadership abilities with a knack for motivating and driving teams.
