Ltd (Doka) is looking for a Receptionist cum Admin & Sales Support for our Riyadh Office to play a pivotal role in providing all necessary support to the business operations of our Riyadh office.The employment will be based in Riyadh. If you are passionate about your work, have an inner drive to succeed, and a desire to learn and grow from your experience, this could be the perfect next challenge for you.If you are looking to work for a reputed international company within a multicultural team, then this position is an exciting opportunity for you.Key ResponsibilitiesReception Duties:Answer telephone calls, transfer and forward messages.Provide excellent customer service at the front desk.Greet and direct visitors and clients.Administrative Support:Register, copy, distribute and file all incoming documents.Register, distribute and archive industry magazines.Monitor and order office and pantry supplies.Send and receive documents through courier companies.Support with commercial invoices related to Branch Office.Assist in ordering office supplies.Assist other departments with shipment documents for clients.Assist with flight and hotel organization (guests and internal).Assist the organization in implementing business-related requirements (travel/visa/etc.).Assist with pre-qualification documents and ensure timely provision of data in coordination with related departments and submission to sales.Assist in preparing offer documents and assist the sales team with project presentation requirements.Assist with sales and marketing events.Prepare queries and analyses for internal sales meetings.Ensure that necessary project and customer data is entered correctly in the system.Communicate effectively with internal departments and management to ensure smooth processing of customer requests & orders.Generate sales reports and support in analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks.Manage and maintain a record of sales documents.QualificationsQualification in administration, business or similar.Knowledge of MS Office Applications.Previous experience as a receptionist/customer service agent.Excellent level of spoken and written English.Dynamic personality.Reliable, confident team player.Quick learner, ability to think outside the box and find solutions.Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure.Additional InformationYour Benefits will be:Dynamic working environment where teamwork, innovation, and personal development are valued.Training and continuous development of employees to maintain a high level of expertise and competitiveness, as well as opportunities for advancement.
