The Audit Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Audit practice by ensuring all client deliverables comply with the Firm’s best practice and quality & risk management guidelines, which includes typing correspondence, formatting and generating reports. The Audit Administrative Assistant will interact with clients via telephone and in-person, therefore we require professionalism in presentation and communication. We are looking for someone who is a team player, organized, and has high attention to detail. This position can be based in Chennai or Bangalore as part of Weaver and Tidwell India, L.L.P. To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 + years administrative experience
- Punctuality and dependability
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task and take direction
- Professional appearance and manner
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
