Only for registered members Noordwes ZAR 400000 - 500000 JOB PROFILE JOB TITLE: Branch Manager DURATION: Twelve (12) Months Contract JOB GRADE: D2 Minimum Midpoint SALARY: R 710 998 - R 836 468 NO. OF INCUMBENTS: 01 MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To manage the Seda Branch operations to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services to small enterprises and co-operatives in line with Seda strategy and policies. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
  1. Manage Branch Operations
  2. Manage Branch Infrastructure
  3. Manage Stakeholder Relations within the Branch
  4. Manage Human Resources within the Branch
  5. Manage Financial and Risk within the Branch
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION:
  1. Matric (NQF Level 4) and Bachelor’s Degree or BTech (NQF Level 7) in Economics/Business Administration/Project Management/Operations Management/Engineering
  2. Honours Degree or Postgraduate Diploma (NQF Level 8) will be an added advantage
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE:
  1. 6-8 years working experience, of which 3 – 5 years must have been in a management/business advisory position
  2. Experience in dealing with SMMEs
  3. Experience in interacting with stakeholders
  4. Operations Management Experience
