Founded in 2000, we have been a trusted partner to our customers in over 15 industry verticals and functional areas, with operations spanning Europe, Middle East, the United States, and Africa.ClearPeaks is part of a strategic alliance with synvert, a group of six successful full-service Data & Analytics (D&A) consulting firms, with a clear goal to become one of EMEA's largest D&A consulting companies.As an Oracle HCM Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.RESPONSIBILITIESProvide technical expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle EBS in the context of analytics solutions.Lead and participate in the implementation of Oracle HCM analytics solutions, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits within Oracle Fusion and EBS environments.Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and data migration scripts.Ensure alignment of Oracle HCM solutions with business goals and strategies.Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.REQUIREMENTSIdeally Computer Science Engineering, Informatics, Statistics, or other degree with interest in the business intelligence field.Fluent and articulate in English.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM, with a focus on Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS.Extensive knowledge in the Oracle HCM entity relationship data model, data extraction processes, and Oracle HCM customization.Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle EBS HCM modules.Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle development tools.Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze project data to drive decision-making.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks.Proactive attitude, with the ability to anticipate challenges and take proactive measures to address them.OUR OFFER TO YOUBe part of an international and talented team, enjoying an excellent work environment where people are passionate about what they do.Attractive salary according to experience and knowledge provided.
