- Leverage THE AI/ML expertise to guide the team in designing, developing, and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve intricate problems.- Drive the integration of AI/ML components into existing systems and explore opportunities to enhance product offerings using AI/ML techniques- Lead a team of skilled developers and researchers- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology, AI/ML, and related fields- Collaborate closely with the business and product teams to understand and translate complex business requirements into technically feasible solutions.- Design architecture and technical specifications for projects, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.- POC's using Unity/WebGL, Core Python, Computer Vision, LLM's, Deep learning, Livestreaming technology and cloud deploymentJob Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.- Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in software development and technical leadership roles.- Strong expertise in AI and Machine Learning concepts and technologies.- Proven experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).- Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering complex technical solutions.- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Passion for staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.- Prior experience in an R&D/startup environment is a plus.
