Perstorp Waspik is looking for a motivatedSite Financial ControllerWhat will you be doing?As a site financial controller, you'll ensure correct financial governance of the Dutch entities of Perstorp, including monthly closing, consolidation, and reporting. You will have two assistant controllers reporting to you.Responsibilities Prepare, gather, and analyze monthly financials, focusing on cost components (fixed and variable costs, financial projections, risk assessment, and cost savings) together with the Animal Nutrition Business Controller. Perform monthly closing duties including product costing, GR/IR clearing, consolidation reporting (Cognos Controller), and other closing cockpit items. Responsible for all local audit, tax & statutory account preparation activities, with the support of the Group Accounting and Group Tax functions in Sweden. Manage and report on site working capital (CAPEX, inventory management, accounts receivable, accounts payable) to ensure KPIs are met. Create cashflow forecast and monitor financing of the company. Work with Corporate Finance & Tax in Sweden to ensure correct financing of the companies. Support central functions (Group Controlling/Accounting) and other relevant functions in overarching projects with site relevance. Act as SAP Super User for FI (Financials) module. Help the organization ensure proper financial treatment through appropriate use of POs, Framework orders, etc. What do we expect? Bachelor or Master degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Operations & Supply Chain controlling. Very strong analytical skills. Experience with SAP, FICO, and production modules. Well proven communication skills and ability to interact with people across different functions/cultures, strong power of initiative, and high level of flexibility. Very good business sense and understanding of the entire value chain of the business. Fluent in both Dutch and English.
