Together, we strive to make a positive impact and drive meaningful change. Our Newcastle Tax team is expanding and we’re looking for a Manager to join our vast community of solvers. The Newcastle Tax team brings our purpose to life by working with a range of clients in the Hunter across a variety of industries through all stages of their business life cycle including growth and succession/exit. You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills to:

  • Be part of a team that provides complex tax and accounting advice to clients including tax consolidation, restructuring advice and involvement in M&A transactions.
  • Assist clients to manage engagement with tax authorities such as review and audit activity.
  • Oversee the preparation of effective tax strategies to optimise client tax positions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations and staying informed of any changes.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to clients and senior leaders.
  • Provide business advisory and compliance services including preparing financial statements and tax returns for a range of clients including small to medium businesses, large corporates and high net wealth individuals.
