Requirements: -2+ years of experience as a pastry chef in a professional kitchen -Excellent knowledge of cake decorating techniques -Ability to work with diverse ingredients and flavors -Knowledge of food hygiene regulations -Creative thinking and the ability to come up with new recipes -Good organization skills and ability to multitask -Excellent communication skills -Able to work under pressure in a timely manner Responsibilities: -Create delicious desserts such as cakes, pies, cookies, tarts, etc. -Develop new recipes or adapt existing ones according to customers’ needs and preferences -Decorate cakes with various toppings according to customer specifications -Ensure that all dishes are prepared in accordance with food safety regulations -Prepare pastries for special occasions such as weddings or anniversaries -Train junior chefs in the art of pastry making -Keep track of inventory levels and reorder supplies when needed Qualifications: -Culinary school diploma or equivalent professional experience -Knowledge of international cuisine is preferred but not required -Strong attention to detail and creative flair -Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team This job has no reviews yet.
