ResponsibilitiesMaintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls, and emails.Searching for new prospect customers in the defined territory, which includes existing accounts and new accounts.Focusing on customer retention by lowering churn rate, amplifying sales through trending techniques, thereby adhering to the company's sales targets.Maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects.Boosting company reputation by approaching existing and potential prospects in-person and on a remote basis.Collaborating with the design, development, and executive teams to understand a product or service for subsequent promotional activities.SkillsUnderstanding of the sales process and dynamics.Adept at communicating with the in-house team, clients, and management through formal documentation and discussions.Ability to implement the 'customer first' approach by providing a personalized and convenient sales pitch.A high level of focus on driving sales with consistent performance and teamwork.Apt in dealing with clients and engagingly presenting product data for potential leads.Ability to find the right balance between client requirements and company terms, thereby improving profit margins and maintaining fruitful customer relationships.Holds a valid QID and should be a freelancer to work using Secondment.
