Job Description

Company Description PRINTLET is a print on demand and drop shipping platform based in Cairo, Egypt. We make it easy for creators and entrepreneurs to start and run their own businesses by offering a variety of customizable products that can be printed and shipped directly to customers under their brand names. Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee daily financial transactions, including inventory operations and cash flow.
  • Monitor and reconcile shipping companies' cash-on-delivery (COD) reports, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
  • Maintain detailed records of all financial operations, including inbound and outbound logistics.
  • Develop efficient processes for tracking and reporting operational expenses, inventory costs, and revenue.
  • Implement accounting solutions and software to streamline financial processes.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Assist in budget preparation and forecasting to support business growth and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with the operations and customer support teams to optimize financial workflows, minimizing errors and payment delays.
  • Contact clients and suppliers to keep payments always settled.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving cost efficiency and profitability.
  • Conduct periodic audits and ensure the integrity of financial data.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting, with a focus on operations and logistics.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Airtable, Zoho) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain operations is a plus.
  • Experience with cash-on-delivery processes and reconciling COD reports preferred.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to offer process improvements and solutions.
