Overview : This role will be primarily responsible for Managing ESOPs and all its financial, accounting and compliance aspects at BHIVE Group. The candidate will be managing the end to end company ESOPs Programme and should have technical knowledge of ESOPs statutory regulations, IGAAP / Ind AS Accounting i.e. Data-crunching and analysis for issuing ESOPs, streamlining the back-end paperwork, issuing the necessary documents to ESOP holders etc. and maintaining updated data on the ESOP tool.  Secondary focus would be to analyse day-to-day financial activities and tasks required for the CEO Office and provide reports and insights to the top management. The role holder would also be responsible for collaborating with cross functional teams like sales, marketing, legal, HR, finance & accounts and such other divisions overall organizational compliance.  Responsibilities  

  • FINANCE MANAGEMENT  
  • Anchoring and managing the ‘Employee ESOPs’ workstream – supporting with calculations at the point of compensation structuring, issuing ESOP letters and other documents to the ESOP-holders, informing internal stakeholders on any changes/revisions to the policy/process etc.
  • Ensure compliance with The Companies Act, 2013 & SEBI Regulations including Companies (Share Capital & Debenture) Rules 2014, SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations 2014 and other applicable regulatory framework with respect to ESOPs.
  • Responsible for adherence of the requirements of IGAAP / IndAS, completing documentation and real-time tracking and updating of ESOPs Data in the tool. 
  • Assessing employee compensation structure and recommending changes to make it more tax-efficient and aligning with best industry practices. 
  • Preparing and reporting on a monthly basis on ESOPs 
  • Build new and monitor/maintain existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for closing, reconciling the task items and other general departmental financial tasks 
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting , and internal-control activities of the organization 
  • Consolidate and analyse financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc) considering company’s goals and financial standing  
  • Preparation and Implementation of sales Incentive to motivate sales team.  
  • Preparation of Investor Deck, Ad Hoc Reports and furnishing details to internal & external stakeholders.
  • Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks 
  • Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis 
  • Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models 
  • Identify trends, advise company and recommend actions to a senior financial analyst based on sound analysis 
  • Gain and update job knowledge to remain informed about novelty in the field 
  • Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope. 
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS   Educational Qualification  
  • Qualified CA / CA Inter/MBA 
  • 3-4 years of overall experience in a similar position and/or experience with financial analysis, business operations, project and program management 
  • Sound knowledge of the relevant regulatory framework and corporate regulations applicable to the post 
  • Proven financial planning experience at the management level 
  • Knowledge of risk, controls and compliance 
  • Experience of working in a Real Estate Sector/ Flex Space Business is preferred 
  • Long timer in a single stint at job is a plus 
Additional Requirements  
  • Proven track record of complex data management.
  • IPO experience is a big Plus 
  • Strong understanding of ESOPs and tax-efficient salary structures 
Skill Set Required  
  • Proficiency in MS Office Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Highly enterprising with excellent negotiation skills 
  • Ability to prioritize work and perform under tight timelines
  • Able to work and deliver under minimal supervision/independently Attention to detail 
  • Proven working experience as a Finance Analyst 
  • Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages 
  • Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills 
  • Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis 
  • Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market and business environments
