**Webmaster**:
The Webmaster is responsible for all website updates, ongoing optimization, troubleshooting, ADA compliance, SEO execution, and UX/UI website innovation. Oversees all technical interfaces related to the company's web presence, including the Content Management System (CMS). Ensures the website is well managed and healthy. Implements coding best practices related to site performance, SEO, and User Experience. Responsible for maintaining mobile responsiveness and visual accessibility for all web content. Works with internal teams for Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager implementations for event-based tracking, data layer execution, and ensures website analytics are working properly. Works directly with marketing and events who will provide calendar and schedule for all upcoming website updates, both cohesively defining priorities and timelines as well as level of effort associated.
**Responsibilities**:
- Test websites across browsers, operating systems, and devices
- Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot servers.
- Ensure site security by setting up firewalls and login pages.
- Optimize loading speeds and capacity.
- Debug pages and fix broken links or images.
- Update website content and review SEO
- Monitor and analyze site performance (e.g traffic, conversions)
- Address user complaints
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years' experience or working knowledge of front-end development languages (CSS, HTML, JavaScript, PHP)
- Experience with Drupal
- Bilingual - Arabic and English
- Experience with SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Experience with SEO tools (SEM Rush, BrightEdge, Moz) is a plus but not necessary.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and working knowledge of
- Google Data Studio
- Experience with UX/UI design and some knowledge of adobe suite (photoshop, illustrator)
- Passion for UX/UI innovation
- Understanding of web site front-end integrations such as Rest APIs
- Experience using PMT (Wrike, Trello, JIRA)
- Ability to read, analyse and interpret written information such as procedure manuals, Company communications or governmental regulations.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
