This will be an indefinite contract so if you are interested, kindly share your updated resume.Designation: Process Safety & Risk Engineering SpecialistJob Location: QatarQualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Safety)Experience: 8 years' experience in loss prevention and industrial safety in the oil and gas industry, including 3 years in a supervisory role. Experience in process safety, and risk assessment/studies. Required to lead hazard identification reviews utilizing recognized techniques (e.g., HAZOP, What-If, etc.) with a good understanding of qualitative and quantitative risk assessment techniques. Practical knowledge of safe systems of work with Emergency Preparedness knowledge/experience.Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, hazard identification software (e.g., PHAPro), consequence modelling software (e.g., PHAST), or other software (e.g., BowTie). Strong in written and spoken English. Ability to read engineering drawings/documents. Requires analytical, interpretative, and constructive thinking, with a significant degree of evaluation.
