Responsible for hunting new business opportunities and managing existing business opportunities and lead generation. Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts. Manage the process from interview through offer stage and close of sale. Preparing financial proposals, contracts, agreements, addendums, and having complete involvement in the proposal process by developing and pitching proposals to maximize margins. Liaising with the recruitment delivery head and reviewing job applications, resumes, and salary expectations submitted by recruitment consultants to identify candidates that qualify against client requirements. Managing your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new. Building close partnerships with clients and helping their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates. Negotiate commercial terms of business and rates.
