Job Description: Executive Assistant to the CEO We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant (diversity hiring) to support our CEO office. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication abilities, along with experience in recruitment and marketing outreach. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s complex schedule, prioritize meetings, and arrange travel.
- Support recruitment efforts: job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Handle administrative tasks, including expense reporting, office management, and document preparation.
- Oversee company marketing outreach, plan events, and attend seminars/meetings.
- Keep up with industry trends and update the CEO on key developments.
- Assist in special projects and operations to enhance productivity.
- Candidate should be a champ in adopting new tech and using the same for productivity enhancement- it is must have
- Educational background: MBA preferably in HR & Operations
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in executive support, preferably in high-growth or dynamic environments.
- Strong background in recruitment and experience with marketing activities.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
