Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters.Understand customers' needs, goals, and challenges to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and delivering additional value.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure effective and seamless customer experiences.Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize customer satisfaction.Conduct regular business reviews with key customers to review performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, expanding the scope and reach of our products and services.Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to proactively identify threats and opportunities.Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and value propositions to effectively communicate and demonstrate their benefits to customers.Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms with key customers, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner, working closely with internal teams to find appropriate solutions.Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement targeted campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive strategies.Travel to customer sites as needed, building strong in-person relationships and conducting business meetings and presentations.Provide feedback and insights to internal teams regarding customer needs, market trends, and product enhancements.Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.Requirements:Bachelors Degree GraduateMinimum 5 years of relevant experienceValid QID and Driving License in Qatar
