Job DescriptionRole purpose:Work in Telesales and Retentions function for Vodafone Qatar to perform telesales and retention activities such as migration of prepaid customers to postpaid, upgrading postpaid customers to a higher plan, and selling new Vodafone products which include, but are not limited to GigaHome, New postpaid, and New MBB connections.The role is responsible for handling disconnection requests from postpaid customers and trying to retain them by resolving their issues and/or providing customers with relevant retention offers.The role is also responsible for handling multiple customer telesales tasks and activities with inbound/outbound calls, digital leads, trouble tickets, and customer complaints/escalations. The role is an integral part of the COPS department.ResponsibilitiesKey accountabilities and decision ownership:Skilled with Sales TechniquesProvides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints and escalationsDisciplined & Target OrientedGo the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future salesTake and process orders in an accurate mannerQualificationsMust have Educational technical / professional qualifications:High school diplomaExperience in a contact centre environmentAbility to use a CRM
