Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets. Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans as necessary. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and external partners. Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding. System Implementation: Lead the implementation of procurement systems, including software selection, customization, and integration. Coordinate with IT and procurement teams to ensure seamless deployment and operation of new systems. Oversee data migration and system testing to ensure accuracy and functionality. Process Improvement: Analyze current procurement processes and identify opportunities for improvement through technology. Develop and implement best practices for procurement system use and maintenance. Provide training and support to users to maximize system adoption and efficiency. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with software vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions. Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, with overall experience of 10 years with a focus on procurement system implementation. Proven track record of managing large-scale projects from inception to completion. Experience with procurement software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement Cloud, Coupa) and ERP systems. Skills: Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello). Knowledge of procurement best practices and regulatory requirements.
