If you have a passion for innovation and continuous improvement, this is the perfect opportunity for you!Your New RoleManagement of managed service providers and external service providers as well as coordination between these and the internal IT teams and the business.Active support of service processes such as incident, change, and problem management.Advising our specialist departments on SAP Basis issues.Implementation, release changes, and upgrades of SAP systems.Comprehensive support and responsibility for SAP Solution Manager and SAP Charm.Operational support, optimization, and further development of our SAP system landscapes.Implementation of new functions and applications in the existing system landscape.What You'll NeedCompleted studies in computer science or comparable training in the field of IT.Professional experience in SAP Basis and technology as well as in managing managed service providers and external service providers.Knowledge of SAP upgrades, conversions, system copies, Solution Manager.Practical know-how in project work desirable.Experience with SAP HANA and SAP S/4 HANA is an advantage.Good knowledge of English.
