MS BOT Developer: 6 to 8 years of experience About the Role Technical Skills:

• Around 6 + years’ experience in Microsoft technologies, C#, .NET
• Hands on experience on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Virtual Agent)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience on Microsoft Bot framework
• Good hands-on experience on Microsoft Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot
• Working knowledge on Dev Ops, CI/CD Pipeline
• Demonstrated working knowledge and expertise creating and managing customer facing customer support solutions.
• Must be able to work with a variety of users and cross-functional teams within our organization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Required Skills

• Good knowledge on NLP and QnA
