Role Overview This role will lead our finance team in Brazil, driving financial goal-setting, process improvement, and robust internal control frameworks. Key responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting, preparing KPIs, enhancing monthly closing procedures, and implementing tech solutions to support growth and automation. The Finance & Accounting Manager will collaborate closely with the Board and key stakeholders, providing strategic insights and ensuring efficient financial operations to meet the company’s evolving needs. Mission and Responsibilities
- Lead the finance team in Brazil and develop financial goals.
- Hands on and able to implement processes, procedures and internal control frameworks.
- Setting up financial reporting processes and maturing them during a period of growth and expansion.
- Overseeing financial activities. Establish priorities, set objectives, and provide guidance and feedback.
- Preparation of key performance indicators and financial information for the Board, shareholders, and other stakeholder
- Set metrics to manage business performance, financial performance, working capital and cash flows
- Continuously review and improve internal finance processes and internal controls
- Continuously improving the monthly financial closing procedures with focus at process automation.
- Implement technology solutions for financial procedures and flows throughout our platforms.
- Understand the business and its data and BI needs to develop best in class reporting and FP&A processes, including setting up training and user standards

- Drive monthly analysis processes to understand performance against budget
- Strong stakeholder management with head office and shared services center
- Point of contact for internal/external auditor
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role. Finance experience within cryptocurrency, blockchain, Fintech or other platform businesses is preferred
- MBA or Master's degree with CPA or similar qualifications
- Experience leading and developing a team, with a focus on performance, coaching, mentoring and collaborating.
- Self-starter with strong track record to design and implement new processes, procedures and structures
- Advanced skills with Excel, BI tooling and Oracle Netsuite are a prequisite
- Strong communication and presentation skills with proven experience in presenting financial information and analytics clearly and concisely.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP.
