For this role, we're happy to consider candidates who are anywhere in the world and looking for a remote opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesVisual Merchandising- Design and implement visually appealing product pages and landing pages.- Create and manage banners, promotional graphics, and other visual elements to enhance the user experience.- Ensure consistency in branding and design across the website and app.Product Display Optimization- Arrange and categorize events and experiences in a user-friendly manner.- Regularly update product displays to reflect new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal trends.- Optimize the layout and presentation of event and experience listings to maximize engagement and conversion rates.Content Management- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and schedule promotional content.- Maintain an up-to-date content calendar and ensure timely updates of visual content.- Utilize content management systems (CMS) to upload and manage digital assets.User Experience (UX) Enhancement- Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective visual elements and layouts.- Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve the visual and functional aspects of the website and app.- Work closely with the UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless and intuitive user journey.Performance Analysis- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to visual merchandising.- Use data and analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Collaboration- Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and customer service to align visual merchandising efforts with overall business goals.- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for enhancing the visual appeal and functionality of the website and app.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in online visual merchandising, preferably in the event or e-commerce industry.Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).Strong understanding of web design principles and user experience best practices.Experience with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
