The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the real estate market in Dubai, with a strong focus on leasing and experience working in an established company. A bachelor's degree is required, and a master's degree is preferred.The Leasing Director will be responsible for leading the company's leasing efforts, including developing and implementing leasing strategies, managing the leasing process, and building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as tenants, agents, and landlords.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including market trends, regulations, and key players.
