Collaborate with the hotel executive team to prepare, distribute, and implement the Hotel's strategic plans related to Sales, Marketing, and Revenue.Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue across all segments, ensuring achievement of the Hotel's budget and Customer Success Indicators (CSIs).Provide strategic direction to the Hotel Executive Team on plans and initiatives to drive revenues and meet budget and CSI targets.Champion the relationship between Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management, both internally and with Regional and Head office counterparts.Create a cohesive approach to all sales and marketing efforts by coordinating the Sales, Marketing & eBusiness, and Revenue teams for maximum effect.Oversee the development of annual budgets for Sales, Marketing, and Revenue.Lead weekly ROME meetings.Implement effective succession planning and talent development within the Hotel's Sales, Marketing, and Revenue departments.Collaborate with the Director of Marketing & eBusiness to oversee the development of campaigns and target markets using both traditional and digital marketing channels.Provide strategic direction for the hotel's sales mix, pricing structure, positioning, direct sales, revenue management, reservations, and conference services.Assist with the recruitment of Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams.Foster a team culture that aligns with the hotel's mission, vision, and values.Prepare, implement, and compile data for strategic plans, monthly reports, annual goals, budgets, forecasts, and other reports as required.RequirementsMinimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role within Sales, Marketing, and/or Revenue Management.At least 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or revenue with a large hotel.Post-secondary education in Hospitality Management.Strong understanding of Market Share (RGI) and the ability to analyze past and forecast future performance.Highly proficient in Excel with good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Proficiency in IDeaS software is a definite asset.Excellent understanding of industry systems, procedures, and best practices.Additional education in Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management is an assetCollaborative team player focused on organizational success, performance, and building strong internal and external relationships.Confident and professional communicator.Champion of the hotel's Sales, Marketing, and Revenue departments, acting as a bridge between the region and corporate office.Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, able to communicate effectively and positively with all colleagues.Ability to manage conflicting business priorities and facilitate career development opportunities.Corporate CultureThe hotel's commitment to exceptional service, coupled with its extensive facilities and amenities, ensures a fulfilling and enriching work experience.
