• Lead the execution of investment banking transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments , including overseeing financial analysis, due diligence, deal structuring, valuation, and transaction documentation.
• Manage and mentor a team of investment banking professionals , providing guidance, support, and fostering their professional development.
• Take a leading role in client management activities , building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding their strategic objectives, and providing tailored financial solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modelling to evaluate investment opportunities, identify risks, and assess potential returns for clients.
• Collaborate with senior executives and other stakeholders to develop transaction strategies, formulate recommendations, and present findings to clients.
• Drive business development initiatives , including identifying new client opportunities, participating in client pitches, and contributing to preparing marketing materials.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies and procedures throughout the transaction process.
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance the firm's reputation and expand professional networks.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields, with a proven track record of successfully executing complex transactions.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to manage and motivate a team, fostering a high-performance culture and delivering exceptional results.
• In-depth knowledge of financial modelling, valuation techniques, and transaction execution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and influence key stakeholders.
• Strong business development skills, including identifying and cultivating new client relationships and generating new business opportunities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and demonstrated critical thinking ability.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
