  • Ensure proper administration of the gym including signing up or cancelling memberships.
  • Provide membership sign-up information and explain membership terms.
  • Disallow non-members or those with outstanding matters to enter.
  • Collect and record all stock and payments.
  • Investigate and communicate accordingly if fouls are committed.
  • Effectively assist in all member enquiries complaints and requests.
  • Communicate gym updates and membership matters to members using our SMS and e-mail system.
  • Inspect and maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the gym and office environment daily.
  • Inspect to ensure all equipment is functioning and well-maintained.
  • Inspect camera recordings to ensure gym rules are respected and take corrective actions if they are not.
  • Work within Level Up Fitness's Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Effectively work within the team to escalate any issues to your direct supervisor after attempting to resolve them on your own.
  • Contribute to delivering a great experience to members and guests.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have a cheerful and friendly personality with a tendency to smile often.
  • Availability to work weekday 1pm-10pm and Saturdays 1pm-6pm.
  • Proficiency in English is required and fluency in other languages is a bonus as the candidate will interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with basic functions of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ideally some form of education in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management Sports Science and Management or an equivalent field.
  • No gym or fitness experience required
  • Prior experience in related fields such as retail, services, hospitality is preferred but fresh graduates will also be considered.
