Requisition ID: 11345City: Trading ManagerGroup overview:Headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, we operate construction and manufacturing businesses, design & development centers and a host of facilities in the Middle East and other countries.alfanar is involved in:Electrical, Electromechanical and Civil Engineering ConstructionManufacturing and Marketing Electrical Construction ProductsAllied Engineering ServicesOur Main Divisions:alfanar electricalfanar Constructionalfanar Building Systemsalfanar electricalfanar electric is the industrial arm of alfanar, manufacturing a variety of low, medium and high voltage electrical construction products.alfanar electric operates industries in:Riyadh and Jubail, Saudi ArabiaDubai, UAELondon, UKalfanar has a development and engineering center in Chennai, India.Industrial Complex, RiyadhThe center of alfanar's industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar's facilities.The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.Job PurposeAchieve project objectives according to the customer/End-user acceptance criteria within agreed parameters and deliverables that are constrained to a defined timescale and budget.Key Accountability AreasLead the order hand-over process with the sales team and ensure that all required documents/information are submitted and maintained with the latest versions.Act as the communication channel between the customer and alfanar parties during the project execution starting from customer kick-off meeting till project closing.Develop and continuously update the project risk management and take the proper actions when required.Coordinate with all stakeholders to develop a comprehensive detailed project plan to monitor and track the project's milestones.Lead the kick-off meeting with the customer.Own, manage changes to project scope, project schedule, and project costs and ensure that all changes have been considered technically and commercially throughout all project cycles.Provide technical clarification and comments raised by customers or by the internal stakeholders during the project execution.Actively coordinate between the design team and the customer to approve the submitting design adhering to the order requirements and project's milestones.Proper coordination between the customer and the manufacturing team to successfully complete the factory acceptance test "FAT", as well as leading the out-bounding Delivery "OBD" process.Manage the invoice collection process and actively contribute to facilitate it; however, the collection process is the full responsibility of the sales team.Secure the project delivery by coordinating with the procurement team Project Executing to start the purchasing process for the required materials especially those that have long lead time, during order confirmation/finalization process reference to the risk management plan.Oversee schedules and risk management plans and provide serious deviations warnings hindering project results.Deliver the projects as per the delivery date and prevent any manufacturing without ensuring the order validity in terms of financial status, delivery, and OBD schedule.Role AccountabilityHR Proficiency:Training of subordinates and forming a team to work effectively.Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.Delegate subordinates in each respective assignment.Ensure fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale and motivation of subordinates.Delivery:Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.Problem-Solving:Resolve any related problems that arise and escalate any complex operational issues.Quality:Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.Business Process Improvements:Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible.Compliance:Comply with related policies, procedures, and work instructions.Academic QualificationBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical EngineeringWork Experience2 to 5 YearsTechnical / Functional CompetenciesProject CommunicationsProject CoordinationProject SchedulingProject Tracking and Reporting
