Description: About the role Based in Kawana, QLD and reporting to the Branch Manager, you will lead the service team to ensure equipment inspections, servicing and repairs are completed to a high standard to support service demand. This challenging and diverse role offers a variety of work, both on and off the tools. As a Team Leader, you will:
- Coordinate equipment servicing & repairs in line with budget to maximise equipment availability & reliability
- Lead and mentor your team in their day to day activities
- Provide expert advice with diagnostics and customer requirements
- Train and guide technicians on service requirements and procedures, including Baseplan
- Ensure all necessary parts, consumables, tools, and equipment are available
- Lead safety culture & compliance for team / branch
- Conduct equipment servicing and repairs
- A mechanical trade qualification
- Experience in leading teams (either directly or indirectly) and managing service demand
- Sound planning, organisational and prioritisation skills
- Ability to problem solve and be flexible
- Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage cost in line with budgets
