Aircraft Mechanic Jazeera Airways is looking for an Aircraft Mechanic who would carry out a variety of duties related to the maintenance tasks (scheduled/unscheduled) and defect rectification of aircraft in accordance with regulatory and company procedures. Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Assist in removal, replacement, and installation of aircraft parts and components.
  2. Assist in carrying out pre-departure checks & performing routine/non-routine aircraft maintenance tasks issued by the company including but not limited to troubleshooting, components removal/installation.
  3. Ensure completion of all necessary manual and automated records as required by applicable regulations, manuals, contract guidance, and company directives.
  4. Responsible for reporting occurrences, events, violations, and actions that may affect safety, security, and company reputation to superiors.
  5. Participate in towing and movement of aircraft during maintenance activities.
  6. Inform Aircraft Engineer, Quality Assurance & Safety Division of any procedural occurrences or discrepancies.
  7. Assist Duty Engineer in arranging maintenance steps, tools, equipment, and requested tasks.
  8. Ensure personal tools are available and in good condition when assigned to the aircraft.
  9. Ensure safety and quality in the tasks/functions performed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  1. Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in base maintenance activities of commercial aircraft (A320 CEO/NEO).
  3. Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  4. Time management, teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
  5. Ability to interpret Aircraft Technical Manuals.
  6. Physically and mentally fit for the job.
  7. Excellent communication skills, especially in English.
