The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, industrial, or electrical engineering, coupled with a passion for sales. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.Responsibilities:Indoor After Market Sales - Spare Parts for Machines:Proactively engage in the sales of spare parts for machines, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.Develop a deep understanding of client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.Client Relationship Management:Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through regular communication, feedback sessions, and addressing their needs.Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.Ensure excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues.Collaborate with technical support and service teams to resolve customer problems and deliver exceptional service.Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying new opportunities and nurturing leads.Implement effective sales tactics to meet and exceed sales targets.Reporting and Presentation:Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on sales performance, forecasts, and strategies.Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in sales processes.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or electrical engineering.Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales fields, preferably in the spare parts industry.Gender: Female.Excellent proficiency in the English language.Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information in a clear and concise manner.Solid technical knowledge.Proven ability to analyze and solve problems.Collaborative mindset with the capability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a background in engineering, we encourage you to apply and become a key contributor to our dynamic sales team.
