We are currently looking for a Senior Manager - SAP Plan To Manufacture to join our Enterprise Applications team. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to realize your leadership potential. We are looking for an individual who combines experience leading SAP projects with an aptitude for driving sales pursuits and for helping grow our business.Your key responsibilitiesAs a Senior Manager with a focus in SAP S/4 HANA, you'll assist in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the ERP advisory market. These are shared with all EY market facing organizations to provide consistency and common platforms with which to go to market. A willingness to travel to meet client needs.Project Management: Participated in large scale SAP client engagements. Consistently deliver quality client services, driving high-quality work products within the expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Manage expectations of client service delivery. Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business. Should be a self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be comfortable interfacing with a client on a daily basis. This role requires daily interaction with the client at many levels.Skills and attributes for successEffectively manage diverse skills and backgrounds and foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise domain knowledge with technology skills.Demonstrate characteristics of a forward thinker and self-starter that thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to learning new knowledge.Ability to lead a team of consulting and client professionals on multiple projects.Being a leader in our EY SAP practice mentoring our team members through career coaching.A strong work ethic.To qualify for the role you must haveA degree in computer science, accounting, finance or a related field (MBA or Business Undergraduate degree preferred). SAP certification/s highly preferred.A bachelor's degree and approximately 7+ years of related work experience; or a master's degree and approximately 6+ years of related work experience.7 to 10 years of experience working with the SAP Production Planning (Discrete/Repetitive/Process Industry) as well as participation in full life cycle implementations (or equivalent experience) required.3-5 years of experience working with other SAP Plan to Manufacture modules such as QM, PM, EH&S, PPDS, IBP etc.Lead experience in SAP Production Planning integration with: QM, PM, MM, SD, LE, TM, FI, CO, IBP/PPDS etc.Expertise leading a diverse team of Plan to Manufacture consultants across the sub-modules within the stream.5+ years of Project lead experience that includes at least 2-3 full S/4 HANA project life-cycles in a lead role preferred.Lead experience executing a business blueprint and documenting business requirements that can be understood by a technical process team.Ability to drive the client to make difficult decisions during transformation programs, navigate complex business problems, and translate to SAP functional requirements.Lead the development of project documentation, training materials, requirements gathering and RFP's etc.Experience with SAP Activate methodology preferred.Experience with SAP reporting and HANA live a plus.Experience with inventory management, direct and indirect procurement, account payable and enterprise asset management.Ideally, you'll also havePrior consulting experience and a demonstrated history of driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects at the "C" level of Fortune 500 companies.What we look forWe're interested in passionate leaders with a strong vision and a desire to stay on top of trends in the IT Advisory space.
