SAP PM Consultant

Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic SAP PM Consultant join our team. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with business operations and to create and optimize workflow processes. Responsibilities: Extensive experience in SAP PM module implementation and support. - Hands on skills in Configuration, Testing, Deployment and SAP PM Master Data migration. - Strong understanding of integration with other SAP modules: MM, Procurement, CATS, Finance and QM. - Manage and deploy Plant Maintenance projects. Experience on multiple end to end SAP PM implementations in Chemical Manufacturing industry. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Cutover Management Capabilities such as Data Governance, Data Quality, Master Data Management and Testing. Expertise in defining master data structures, source to target mapping, business rules and definitions in legacy data conversion to SAP. - Strong functional and technical experience to integrate SAP S4 HANA with MII/MES applications to exchange master and transactional data. - Experience with digital transformation initiatives. Integration of digital technologies & applications related to digital manufacturing. - Act as the primary point of contact between the business units and the IT department including Incident resolution. - Understand business needs and translate them into IT requirements. Put them in a global context and assess their potential impact. Identify and address any issues or risks. - Ensure solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with IT strategy. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. - Ability to work independently, coordinate with others and drive tasks to completion. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. - Excellent team member with an ability to perform individually, good interpersonal relations, strong communication skills, hardworking and high level of motivation. - Good knowledge on ABAP code interpretation, debugging, implementation of user exits, function modules, BADI, BAPI, building logic in preparation of technical and functional specifications, system requirement documents, business process requirement documents - Strong communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting in English language Qualifications - 10+ years of functional and technical experience with SAP PM and manufacturing systems and processes. - Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent - Proven experience in a BRM or similar role - Strong understanding of business processes and technology solutions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Project management experience - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Merger and Acquisition implementation is a plus System Soft Technologies is a proud equal employment opportunity employer.
