About the role

You will be responsible to support the continuous improvement and transformation process within the organization by identifying performance gaps and areas of improvement, and developing and implementing improvement initiatives that deliver business outcomes. Utilize various methods of performance measurement, data analysis, root cause problem-solving, and process improvement techniques to identify and implement changes that reduce cost and improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Developing and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of improvement initiatives assigned in a specific department portfolio.

Roles and Responsibilities

Support review of current process and Identify future ideal state to solve business problems.

Develop automated data structures in co-ordination with business stakeholders to enable operational transparency within CI&T (including but not limited to performance reporting, KPI's, CPI's, volumetric).

Participate and support the Manager CI&T in identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to measure and track progress.

Participate and support the Manager CI&T in identifying, developing and implementing process improvement initiatives and data-driven solutions.

Participate and support the Manager CI&T in establishing trust-based relationships with stakeholders to better serve their departments.

Communicate effectively with the required audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner.

Participate and support the Manager CI&T in identifying, monitoring and analysing processes (value stream mapping) for opportunities to improve through the use of the appropriate transformation and continuous improvement methodologies.

Monitor and evaluate the impact of transformation initiatives on an ongoing basis.

Apply critical and analytical thinking skills to translate complex information into understandable and impactful implementation plans.

Leads small scale initiatives through disciplined data led measures, accountability, analysis, and discussion of process alternatives to define best practice solutions.

Identify internal and external performance benchmarking to drive operational transparency and improve performance.

Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

About You

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum 4 years of job-related experience.

Experience of developing detailed performance reporting, visual management, executive dashboards and insight based analytics.

Strong problem investigation skillset supported by extensive experience in process root cause and cause/effect analysis and solution development/deployment.

Able to identify and make process improvement recommendations and plan for execution and implementation of new processes.

Data analysis interpretation and evaluation of reports.

Proven experience in process optimization / transformation in order to increase process efficiency, reduce time-to-market & support scalability.

First class stakeholder management, collaboration and team working.

Preferred

Experience with automated data analytics and Tableau.

Experience in process engineering or Lean Six Sigma.

Strategic or Aviation consultancy experience.

Project Manager or orchestration experience in fast-paced projects.

Experience in Transformation.
