About the jobA leading law firm is actively hiring a Senior Buyer for their Doha office.***Please take the time to read the job description, you must meet all the criteria set out below for your application to be considered. If you are not contacted by us within that time, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.***Key aspects of the role include:Develop and execute procurement strategy efficiently.Responsible for the smooth running of daily procurement activities.Develop and manage the buying budget to achieve sales and profitability targets.Negotiate with suppliers for favorable terms without compromising the quality.Work closely with internal stakeholders.Analyse market demand and customer behavior to anticipate future product needs.Monitor competitors' offerings and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.SkillsTo be successful you will need to meet the following:Bachelor's Degree. A Master's Degree is a plus.Minimum 5 years' experience in Procurement preferably within the retail & Distribution industry.Exceptional relationship-building skills and high attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP System.Excellent negotiation and organization skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
