Job no: 494867 Work type: Permanent Location: Eastern Categories: Human ResourcesThe JobCollaborates with departments to identify training needs and develop comprehensive learning solutions to address the identified training needs in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.Sources, identifies and partners with external trainers or vendors to customise training programmes to enhance staff's capabilities and address business needs.Designs and delivers training programmes to staff members to provide effective learning intervention and facilitate internal cascade.Supports talent development programmes, including design and implementation of training scheme and curriculums to build up talent pipeline and scheme's administration.Assesses the effectiveness of training initiatives through various evaluation methods, analyses metrics and prepares reports to measure the effectiveness and impact.Manages the Learning Management System (LMS) and e-Learning platforms.Seeks ways to streamline administration and logistics process to enhance efficiency.The PersonDegree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Science or Psychology, or related disciplines.Minimum 8 years' post qualification working experience. Experience in Government or related organizations, non-governmental organizations or public organizations is a plus.Passionate, customer-centric, mature and strong sense of teamwork.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and LMS.Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
