Mechanic

Job Description We are recruiting for an HGV Mechanic NOW - With up to six months free accommodation available to help you settle in to your new role. As a member of our experienced team of HGV Mechanics and Technicians, you will be involved in a varied and interesting Mechanic role which involves diagnostics, repair and maintenance on the company’s fleet of Volvo trucks, but also including Scania & Mann, trailers and small plant. • Own tools
• Strong communication skills
• Effective team player

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect & maintain fleet of vehicles and trailers
• Filling in paperwork and records as required for the role
• Maintaining workshop housekeeping
• Travelling to sites to deal with breakdowns

REMUNERATION

• Salary: up to £17.60 per hour basic & £19.28 overtime, £52.22 weekly on call payment + £17.98 callout payment
