And at the heart of every idea, campaign, or experience we create, is always the drive to Turn Heads.OBJECTIVESTo take on a client leadership role and be the trusted agency partner to a variety of FUSE clients. To mentor and manage junior team members and ensure that FUSE delivers the highest standards in leadership, insight, creativity, delivery, and spirit, as seen by the client and their internal team members.RESPONSIBILITIESIntegrated senior client lead on a high-growth client portfolio spanning Canada and the US. Developing strong, transparent relationships with clients - thoroughly learning their business and providing trusted guidance and support to senior clients, and proactively identifying client growth opportunities.Defining objectives and opportunities for account growth, and managing and leading internal and external partners and cross-border IAT to deliver against those objectives, communicating client issues and growth opportunities to the Group Account Director when appropriate.Demonstrated people management skills-particularly in coaching, mentoring, and managing high-potential junior employees.Accountable for the delivery, execution, and quality control of integrated programs from the development of upfront strategy, creative brief to project completion on schedule, on strategy, and within budget.Must have a solid understanding of integrated marketing (mass, digital, and social campaigns) and the agency processes needed to execute a campaign in any of these channels.Partner with our Strategy, Creative, Media, and Production teams to collaborate on client proposals and ensure we deliver results-oriented programs.Development and delivery of strategic and creative presentations with senior client representatives and global senior marketing peers, presenting creative concepts and explaining critical data and insights.Lead development of project estimates and management of estimates through to project completion in partnership with Project Management teams.Review of weekly efficiency reports by dockets and report any discrepancies; attend monthly profitability meeting with Finance.Manage and contribute to forecast planning on your assigned clients.QUALIFICATIONSMust have at least eight years of relevant industry experience.Driven to lead clients, internal teams, and IAT with proactive, solutions-oriented thinking and a collaborative mindset.Strong experience building and presenting strategic recommendations and creative, in partnership with Strategy, Creative, Media, and Production teams.Demonstrated experience and passion for strategy with an understanding of key platforms in the space (TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat).Experience in working with media and external IAT agencies to collaborate on planning, developing client programs, and trafficking.Must have strong listening, communication (oral and written), and client service-driven expertise.Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task multiple projects with strong attention to detail.A self-starter who can prioritize and organize numerous demands with quick turnaround using strong time management and above-average interpersonal/service-based skills.Proficient in all MS Office programs with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.FUSE Create Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
