We’re looking for a passionate and driven Sales Account Manager to join us on this journey. Your Role: As a Sales Account Manager , your mission is to manage and strengthen relationships with our existing partners while identifying new business opportunities to grow our accommodation distribution network across South America. Your strategic mindset, sales expertise, and deep industry knowledge will drive revenue growth and help us maintain our position as a leader in the industry. ________ What You’ll Do:1. Business Development & Client Acquisition:
- Identify and engage potential clients with significant market presence.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and uncover new opportunities.
- Evaluate potential partnerships, focusing on integration (direct API, platforms), financial terms, and distribution strategies.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand client goals and challenges, providing tailored solutions to achieve their objectives.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Develop upselling strategies to maximize booking volume and revenue growth.
- Analyze account performance to identify opportunities for optimization and implement improvement plans.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and industry trends.
- Leverage CRM tools to maintain an accurate database of client interactions and contracts.
- Act as a brand ambassador for RTX, promoting our values and services in the region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges, improve processes, and drive efficiency.
- Foster a culture of open communication and knowledge-sharing.
- Industry Expertise: You possess a vast network within the hotel distribution or travel industry.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- 3-5 years of experience in the Travel or Accommodation industry
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
- Knowledge of XML/API integrations is highly advantageous
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
