Furthermore, you will be part of global IT projects, actively drive improvements and take care of operational stability. In your new role you will:Support & further improve the current Robotics Process Automation solution.This includes continuous improvement of the operational setup, infrastructure, updates and implementation of new functionalities.Support the initial setup of ServiceNow Finance Module and support later on operations & improvement of the solution as substitute Finance Module Owner.Engage with business users & stakeholders to gather requirements, understand demands and prioritize those requirements regarding implementation feasibility.Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.Handle Incidents, Change Requests as well as Problem Management.Work closely with cross-functional teams for platform improvements.Your ProfileYou are a technology enthusiast with a self-driven working style and a passion for continuous improvement. You are best equipped for this task if you have:A University Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.At least 3 years of experience in working in IT operational support (in a large international group) and/or consulting.Experience in working in IT projects with cross-functional teams and external partners.Familiarity with ITIL, especially incident and change management.Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills and development logic thinking.Expertise in Process Automation Tools and/or ServiceNow customizations as well as integrations / REST API is an advantage.Windows / Linux Servers knowledge is an advantage.Knowledge with relational database (MS SQL) and experience with C#, VB or Python is an advantage.Knowledge of Finance processes and systems is an advantage.Good communication skills and fluency in English.Please send us your CV in English.LocalizaçãoMaia, Portugal
