We are seeking an experienced creative and passionate Digital Content Designer to join our Growth Creative team at Crypto.com . As a Digital Content Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing engaging and visually appealing digital content across various platforms. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for design aesthetics, stays abreast of digital trends, and is adept at translating ideas into compelling visuals. This position requires experience in AI tools and offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to collaborate effectively from anywhere. Responsibilities
- Develop and design visually compelling digital content, including graphics, images, and videos, that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate with our Growth team, including Acquisition, CRM, and Data Analytic teams to create cohesive and effective creatives that support our digital paid performance media channels.
- Stay informed about industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to ensure the continuous improvement of digital content quality and innovation.
- Optimize content for various digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, providing creative input and ensuring that design solutions meet business objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Support your team in the creation of concepts that aim to meet project performance goals.
- Develop compelling visuals and content with AI Tools.
- Diploma/degree in Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience with digital, design, or agency background.
- Proven experience as a Digital Content Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects.
- Possess a performance-driven mindset and have experience with performance ads.
- Proficient in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools.
- Working knowledge of Figma.
- Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Experience in creating content for various digital channels, social media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Knowledge of 2D/3D motion graphics is advantageous.
- Experience or knowledge of AI Tools.
- Up-to-date with the latest design trends and a passion for innovation in the digital space.
- Knowledge in the field of fintech, crypto, and NFT space is definitely advantageous.
