Redesigned interiors bring authentic Saudi heritage and craftsmanship to life, while our distinguished team provides a bespoke experience through thoughtful, personalized service and hospitality.The Role of the Assistant Restaurant Manager:The role of a Restaurant Assistant Manager is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of a hotel's all-day or fine dining restaurant. With the responsibility to plan, organize, control, and direct the work of employees, they play a vital role in maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.As Restaurant Assistant Managers are responsible for creating and implementing efficient systems and processes to ensure the smooth flow of operations. They oversee various aspects such as scheduling shifts, monitoring inventory levels, managing food and beverage quality standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Effective communication skills are essential for Restaurant Assistant Managers as they collaborate with other departments within the hotel to coordinate functions or special events.
