Overview of the role:Delighting the customers by generating sales to achieve or exceed targets while maintaining overall attractive displays, keeping stock safely, and maintaining retail standards at an optimum level.

What you will do:Attend to customers to offer company products (watches) and explain the benefits along with the product features and pricing to achieve good sales performance.

Maintain and upkeep the showroom with an attractive display of watches to motivate potential customers.

Maintain daily sales and stock registers, updating them day to day.

Assist the shop in charge in checking inventory levels and requesting replenishments.

At the end of the work shift, check and hand over the stock and cash to the sales in charge.

Assist sales in charge with frequent display changes and provide new ideas for shop location improvements.

Assist sales in charge in identifying ageing items in stock.

Required Skills to be successful:Friendly and engaging personality, comfortable working with the general public.

Good verbal communication skills.

Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours.

Confident, helpful, and polite demeanor.

Physically fit for stock replenishment.

What equips you for the role:High School (Bachelor Preferred)

3-4 years' experience in the watch industry.

Proven ability to achieve goals.

Good personality and communication skills.

Excellent relationship skills and accountability.
