Objective:A leading European multidiscipline contractor, established in the GCC for over more than a decade, requires Shift Managers for the maintenance of the world's largest free-standing Aircraft Hanger at the new Hamad International Airport, Doha (Qatar).Main Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the whole 'hard' maintenance of the aircraft hanger, supervising over 120 engineers and technicians, and maintaining a 'five-star' service in line with the Aircraft companies.Reporting to:Maintenance Manager
Subordinates:120 Engineers and Technicians.

Desired Start Date:15th February 2014
Working Hours:8 Hours, Rotating shifts.University Qualifications:Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.Nature and Length of Previous Experience:8 years experience in a similar role.Specialist Knowledge:Previous maintenance of Aircraft Hanger is greatly preferred.Service Background:(not necessarily construction).Language Fluency:Strong grasp of the spoken and written English.
