**Chillers,AHU & Ductable Split Units**
- Check for unusual knocks, noise and vibration.
- Check the condition of belts and adjust. Replace if necessary.
- Clean the filters and replace the damaged one.
- Clean, clear and test all drain pipe lines up to the nearest drain points.
- Check the airflow and dampers.
- Check the conditions of control panel and its components clean and retighten
- Lubricate the bearing and moving parts
- Remove, clean and wash Grills & Diffusers.
- Maintain all internal and external ducting (VCD, flexible connection, duct insulation, cladding etc.
- Clean with water pressure.
- Check the operation of dampers.
- Check the motor connections on terminals for any loose connection
- Check the motor current
- Check the operation of thermostat
- Complete service with water pressure
- Check the operation & align the blower and blower motor
- Paint full machine inside, outside and rusted area.
- Check the unit suspension fittings and supporting channels for proper support
- HVAC system to be checked manually
- Tighten all wire connections (twice a year);
- Check all safety protection (twice a year);
- Check General Proper functioning of the unit;
- Check thermostat operation (manual mode; twice a year);
- Check unit input voltage (actual voltage versus name plate voltage; twice a year);
- Check compressor input current (actual amp versus nameplate amp;once a year);
- Check fan motor input current (actual amp versus nameplate amp; once a year);
- Check blower input current (actual amp versus nameplate amp; twice a year);
- Check refrigerant (as needed);
- Check differential temperature (once or twice a year depending on system);
- Flush condenser coil with water (once a year or as needed);
