Job Responsibilities:Prospecting for new clients and leads.Advising Regional / International clients on market conditions and property values.Conducting property inspections and assessments.Preparing and presenting offers and contracts.Negotiating sale terms on behalf of the company with other broker's company.Contacting prospective clients and assisting them in buying.Generating and following up on client leads to buy, sell, or rent properties.Counseling clients on market conditions and prices.Developing and presenting competitive market prices by comparing properties.Creating and showing lists of properties for sale, with information on location, features, square footage, etc.Acting as a go-between for buyers and sellers and negotiating contracts and agreements.Advertising company properties Regionally & Internationally.Making recommendations and suggestions to participate in various exhibitions.Coordinating and marketing with brokers to promote real estate.Direct and indirect marketing of sales.Requirements:Bachelor's degree/diploma in business, Marketing, PR, BS Communications, or related field.Licensed broker is a plus.Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per monthLanguages Required:EnglishFrenchLocation: DohaWillingness to travel: 25%
