This person will be responsible for managing our e-commerce platforms, executing digital marketing strategies, and optimizing online sales through various channels. Your expertise in Shopify, Amazon, and ad management will be crucial to driving our growth. Primary responsibility:
- Oversee the daily operations of our Shopify store, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Implement best practices for product listings, including SEO-optimized descriptions and engaging visuals.
- Manage and optimize our Amazon seller account, including inventory management, pricing strategies, and product promotions.
- Develop and execute Amazon advertising campaigns to increase visibility and drive sales.
- Create and implement marketing strategies across both platforms, utilizing SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance, adjusting strategies to optimize ROI.
- Use analytics tools to track sales performance, customer behavior, and conversion rates for both Shopify and Amazon.
- Generate reports and insights to guide business decisions and marketing strategies.
- Enhance the online shopping experience through continuous improvements based on customer feedback and behavior analysis.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely inventory replenishment and order fulfillment on both platforms.
- Manage stock levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to keep our offerings competitive.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong focus on Shopify and Amazon sales.
- Proficiency in using Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
