ResponsibilitiesPatient evaluation and list preparation of Durable Medical Equipment & Drugs and Consumables requirement. Hands on training for bedside staff as per medical requirement of patient. Weekly Care plan to be made to monitor progress of patient. Supervisory visit on 1-3 days for Critical patients. And then Weekly Supervisory visit to check and record progress of patient.Progress report to be shared with primary consultant. (in-person or telephonically as per profile of Doctor). Regular Feedback calls to be done for satisfaction of assigned staff and patient family. Short Term Visit to perform major procedures like: Change of Tracheostomy, RT insertion, Change of stoma bag, catheter insertion, Minor & Major dressings, Chemoport Needle insertion. Software updation related to patient details. QualificationsBachelor's degree in GNM or BSCMinimum 1 year of experience into Hospitals and HomecareEffective communication skillsStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsExperience working with Microsoft Office suiteHigh-energy and passionDemonstrated ability to meet quotas PRB
